As a consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving our clients’ growth through strategic thinking and meticulous planning. Your leadership will be essential in supervising and improving every project phase, ensuring optimal adoption of our technological solutions.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Diagnose clients’ environments to understand their current processes (admissions, renewals, events, continuous education, ethics, etc.) and grasp their requirements to achieve their business objectives.
- Analyze clients’ business needs and identify gaps to address.
- Present the CRM solution and our offerings, highlighting the software's features and customization options to meet identified gaps.
- Serve as the liaison between client stakeholders and Gestisoft’s development team, coordinating and supporting project management through all phases to delivery.
- Deploy user training activities.
- Lead the solution deployment in the client’s environment, including configuration, installation, and all necessary testing to ensure optimal functionality.

We’re looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Perfect mastery of our two working languages (English and French), with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for business analysis and data modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of professional orders and associations.
- A curious mind and ease in solving complex problems.
- Great initiative and boundless energy.
- A strong motivation for the potential of digital transformation.
- Ideally, two (2) to three (3) years of experience in consulting, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions related to customer relationship management (CRM).
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, administration, or equivalent training.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, especially CRM, is the cherry on top!
