Here's what your day will look like:
  • Diagnose customers' environment in terms of current processes (sales, marketing, customer service, management information) to fully understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Analyze customers' business needs and identify gaps to be filled.
  • Present the CRM solution, highlighting not only its functionalities, but also the possibilities for customizing it to meet identified gaps.
  • Act as liaison between customer stakeholders and Gestisoft's development team, coordinating activities through all phases up to delivery.
  • Contribute to the identification of test scenarios and the execution of tests.
  • Deploy all user training activities at customer sites.
  • Lead the deployment of the solution at customer sites, through configuration, installation and testing to ensure optimal operation.

Requirements

We'd love to meet you if you have:
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively in French & English (essential).
  • Knowledge of business analysis and data modeling.
  • Practical knowledge of sales, marketing, accounting and finance, customer service or management information tools.
  • Motivation for the impact your work can have in the real world.
  • Curiosity, a mind capable of solving complex problems, a personality brimming with initiative and vitality.
  • Inspiration driven by the possibilities of digital transformation.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, administration, marketing, accounting, or other training deemed equivalent.
  • Ideally three (3) to five (5) years' experience in consulting, implementation, and deployment of customer relationship management (CRM) technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Dynamics CRM - That's the cherry on top!
