Description
Be a part of Gestisoft's quest: empowering people to transform the way they work!
Are you curious and passionate about business strategy? Do you love helping businesses to leverage technology to improve their operations? Are you comfortable talking about the latest technology? Then let’s meet!
Here at Gestisoft, we empower businesses to thrive!
Our mission is to champion commercial proficiency by shaping Microsoft business solutions that unlock value at scale for our clients. We pride ourselves on being Microsoft Maniacs, committed to harnessing technology's limitless potential in substantial, impactful ways. We’re making Microsoft's magic work uniquely for each business, ensuring our clients can navigate and thrive amidst change.
The Lead ERP functional consultant role spans the full journey of a manufacturing ERP implementation. From the get-go, we're diving into our client's business needs, crafting solutions that fit like a glove, and making sure our clients are ready to own their new systems. We're the shepherd through the phases of implementation—analysis, construction, validation, deployment, and finally, the big moment of going live. And along the way, we're no strangers to customizations, integrations, and a whole cast of ISVs and apps.
Our lead ERP consultants are the champions of our client’s business processes, ensuring they're finely tuned to not only meet their needs but to also exceed their strategic goals. Every step of the way, we're there to dissect requirements, set clear ERP implementation targets, and guide clients through the transformation—both in terms of their organization and the processes that will underpin their new solution.
The lead consultant has five key responsibilities:
- Ensuring on-time on budget implementations.
- Ensuring the COQ (cost of quality) of the project does not exceed 4%.
- Managing the deliverables, the expectations, the scope, and the change process with the client.
- Leverage the other members of the implementation team and the pool resources – Objective is for the lead not to exceed 30% of billable time on a typical project.
- Obtaining a reference letter from the client and closing the project.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide Services that include new implementations, addition of features, business strategy re-alignment, and other activities to ensure long and prosperous relationships with our clients.
- Providing professional advice, guidance, and actionable solutions to businesses.
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements as well as translating underlying business needs to solution architecture.
- Support of user acceptance testing.
- Go-live planning and guidance through an incubation period after go-live.
- Application of in-depth product knowledge and best practices.
- Delivering quality service within budget constraints and seeking ways to reduce costs.
- Providing the consulting team with technical subject matter expertise and working with them to ensure activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives.
- Collaborating with various cross functional teams to uncover business needs and propose solutions (requirements) to optimize the solution.
