Your day-to-day will look like this:
  • Oversee and inspire a team of four sales representatives, a sales coordinator, and two pre-sales experts.
  • Manage the sales strategy for Canada while strengthening relationships with our existing client base.
  • Lead dynamic sales meetings and set goals aligned with growth.
  • Monitor your team’s performance and ensure they exceed targets.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure perfect alignment.
  • Promote and develop our flagship products: Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM, Legio, Citizen Request Management, and Copilot.
  • Occasionally travel to Toronto to consolidate our national initiatives.

You’ll be in your element if you’re comfortable in a tech environment where Microsoft solutions are familiar, but most importantly, if you know how to inspire your team.

We’re looking for candidates with the following qualities:
  • A high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a hunger for growth.
  • An autonomous mindset, ready to tackle challenges while ensuring team stability.
  • Impeccable bilingualism (English and French), with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in team management or sales in IT systems or business applications; experience with Dynamics 365 is a big plus!
  • Ability to manage ambitious sales targets while cultivating lasting human relationships.
